Attendance Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To help us provide consistent care and respect everyone’s time, please review our appointment policy below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are considered late
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you if time allows
Total Occurrences
5 total absences per quarter taken off the schedule
A quarter is a defined as the following: January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December
No guarantee of the same clinician or same time
No-Shows
A no-show means missing an appointment without prior notice
After two consecutive no-shows, we may pause or discontinue services unless we’ve discussed your situation
Fees for Missed Sessions
A late cancellation or no-show will be billed at the session rate (the same as your regular appointment fee)
This fee is due before your next scheduled session
We understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected occurs, please reach out as we review these situations individually
Make-Up Sessions
If you cancel within the proper timeframe, we’ll make every effort to reschedule
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee make-up sessions for late cancellations or missed appointments
Vacation
If you are going to be out of town for +2 weeks, you will be taken off the schedule
We cannot guarantee a spot will be held
We will no longer be holding spots for the long term
Reminder: If you would like to keep your recurring appointment or avoid late/no show fees, you can be seen via Telehealth for that session(s).

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Consistency helps support your therapeutic progress and ensures availability for other clients who may need care.
